Candidates on IkkoPind plan around specifics, so listings lead with them:
- Start and end dates, block length in weeks and whether the role repeats annually
- Pay range, currency and period — visible to candidates by default
- Accommodation and travel support, clearly flagged
- Work-rights requirement (existing rights, working holiday eligible or sponsorship available)

You provide your business and licence numbers. IkkoPind displays them as your own statement and links workers to the official government register so they can check for themselves. We do not check them, and we make no claim about your business.
Workers can see at a glance which numbers you have provided and which you have not, so giving complete details is worth doing. We may remove listings where details are found to be false.

Posting is free. Up to 10 active listings, no card, no trial. Candidates never pay anything, and paying us will never change what your listing claims. We will price this properly once we know what it is worth to you, and we will tell you before anything changes.

Why does my listing go to a queue?
Listings are published from a queue rather than instantly, which keeps obvious scams and fee-charging listings off the board. Most are published within one business day. If something needs a change, you get a clear note and can resubmit.
What is availability-window matching?
Many of our members live between countries and want work in a specific block — for example 12 weeks between November and February, repeating every year. Because your listing carries real start and end dates and a block length, it reaches the people whose window actually fits, instead of applicants who will leave mid-season.
Does IkkoPind check employers?
No. You provide your business and licence numbers and we display them as your statement, with a link to the official register so workers can check for themselves. We may remove listings where details are found to be false.
What may not be posted?
Charging candidates recruitment fees, placement fees or deposits of any kind is banned — employers pay for the platform, candidates never pay to apply. Listings may not discriminate by caste, religion, gender, age or origin, and our listing form deliberately has no fields for any of these. Misleading pay, conditions or visa promises are also removed. See Trust and Safety for the full policy.
