What is IkkoPind?
A platform for Punjabi pardesis who want to spend more of the year at home and earn abroad in blocks. It brings together work, community and homecoming planning in one place.
Is it ready to use?
It is early and we are saying so plainly. The platform is built; the community and job listings are being filled now. Founding members get in first and shape what this becomes.
Who is it for?
People living abroad who want to spend more time at home, split their year between countries, or eventually return for good. You do not need to be planning a permanent move.
Is it only for Punjabis?
It starts in Punjab because that is where the founder is from, and because starting narrow is the only way to make it genuinely useful. It will open to more regions as it grows.
Does it cost anything?
Free for members: joining, browsing and applying, always. Employers pay to post.
What does "pind" mean here?
The place and community your roots belong to: your village, town, district, or ancestral place.
Do I have to be planning to return permanently?
No. Most members just want more months at home each year.
How is my information kept private?
Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. Your Homecoming Plan is private to you, and you choose who can see your work profile. You can delete your account whenever you want.
