1 · What IkkoPind is

IkkoPind is a platform for finding return-friendly work, planning life between countries and sharing community knowledge. We host listings and content; we are not a recruitment agency, labour-hire provider, migration adviser, tax adviser or law firm, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

2 · Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account, real names or consistent display names — no impersonation.

3 · Content and moderation

Everything you submit (jobs, posts, questions, answers) is reviewed before publication and may be declined or removed. By publishing on IkkoPind you give us a licence to display your content on the platform. You keep ownership.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines.

4 · Strictly not allowed

Scams or misleading offers · charging job seekers fees · discrimination by caste, religion, gender or community · misleading migration promises · guaranteed-return investment claims · posting anyone's private documents · harassment. Employers must comply with employment law in the country of each listing.

5 · No professional advice

IkkoPind provides general information only, not immigration, tax, legal or financial advice. Rules differ by country and change often — confirm anything important with an official source or a licensed professional (e.g. MARA in Australia, CICC in Canada, the Immigration Advice Authority in the UK).

6 · Payments

Membership is free. Employer plan pricing shown during launch is a preview; no payments are collected until billing terms are published separately.

7 · Liability

We provide the platform with care but “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, IkkoPind is not liable for decisions you make based on listings or community content, for employer or member conduct, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under your local law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

8 · Changes and contact
