You get the tools to check
Every listing links to the relevant government register for that country, so you can confirm a business, a labour hire licence, or a migration adviser registration yourself.

Report and remove
Report anything that looks wrong. We act on complaints within seven days and you can delete your account whenever you want.
IkkoPind is a place to find listings and information. We do not check employers, we do not guarantee any job, and we are not part of any arrangement you make. Check every employer on the official register, and never send money, identity documents, or personal financial details to anyone, no matter who they say they are or how urgent they say it is.
Hard lines
Banned on IkkoPind.
- Scams and fraud of any kind
- Recruitment fees, placement fees or deposits charged to candidates. Employers pay for the platform, candidates never pay
- Discrimination by caste, religion or gender. Our forms deliberately contain no such fields, and listings or posts that discriminate are removed
- Guaranteed migration outcomes. No one may promise visas, residency or immigration results
- Promised investment returns, guaranteed earnings or get-rich schemes
Anyone asking you to pay to get a job on IkkoPind is breaking our rules. Do not pay. Report the listing and we will act on it.
Community guidelines
How we treat each other.
- Share what you actually know. Personal experience is welcome; present it as experience, not as professional advice.
- Be specific and practical. Dates, documents, costs and office names help people more than opinions.
- Respect every corridor. IkkoPind starts with Punjabi communities and is built for every migrant community.
- Keep family matters kind. Posts about parents, family and home carry real weight, so write as if the family will read it.
- No selling in the community spaces. Jobs belong in listings; services from licensed professionals must be clearly labelled.
IkkoPind provides general information only, not immigration, tax, legal or financial advice. Rules differ by country and change often. Confirm anything important with an official source or a licensed professional (e.g. MARA in Australia, CICC in Canada, the Immigration Advice Authority in the UK).
Advertising
What we will and will not sell.
- Every advertisement carries the word "Sponsored" in visible text. Not a colour, not a small icon, not a shade of grey.
- There is no ad network. Placements are sold directly by IkkoPind, one named position at a time, to advertisers we have spoken to. A network would serve migration adviser, loan and money transfer advertisements to exactly the people this platform exists to protect, and we could not control which.
- No advertisement ever appears on a specific job listing, on Rishta, or on any trust, safety, privacy, terms or reporting page.
- No behavioural tracking. No third-party pixels. Nothing you do on IkkoPind follows you anywhere else, and no advertiser is told anything about you.
- Your data is never sold, and never shared with an advertiser. Targeting is contextual, which means an advertiser can choose a page, never a person.
- Paying for a placement changes nothing about any ranking, any check, or anything a listing says about itself anywhere on IkkoPind. There is no amount of money that moves those.
- At most one sponsored unit on a screen. You will never scroll past a wall of advertisements on IkkoPind.
