Identity
Confirms a member or account owner is a real person. Used for employers and, over time, for members who want a verified badge.
Members plan work, family and homecomings around what they find here. So nothing on IkkoPind goes public without review, employers are verified, and a short list of things is simply banned.
Every job listing, community post and answer starts in a review queue. A person checks it before it appears publicly — there is no way to self-publish. Most items are reviewed within one business day.
If something needs work, the author receives a note explaining what to change and can resubmit. This is slower than an open feed, and that is the point: what you read here has been looked at.
Every listing, post, answer, company and profile can be reported — for scams, misleading information, discrimination, harassment or fee requests. Reports go straight to the moderation queue and are reviewed by a person.
Confirmed violations lead to content removal and, for serious or repeated cases, account suspension. Reporters are never identified to the person they reported.
Badges tell you who has been checked, and for what. Each level is earned separately.

Confirms an employer is a real, registered business. We check registration details and whether the account email matches the company website domain.
For licensed professionals (for example registered migration agents or tax practitioners) so their answers can be clearly labelled as coming from a verified professional.
If your listing or post is not approved, you receive the reason with it. Two outcomes are possible: changes requested — fix what the note describes and resubmit — or rejected, when the content cannot run under our rules.
If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the moderation note or contact us and a different reviewer will take a second look. Moderation actions are logged internally so decisions can be audited.
