Ikko Pro unlocks the ability to publish. It never grants a verification badge — that comes only from a separate credential check. A verification badge states exactly what was checked, on what date, and is granted only after a real credential review.
Two separate things
1 · SubscriptionIkko Pro (US$35/mo)
Unlocks the ability to publish property listings and, later, regulated professional posts. Every listing is still reviewed by moderators before going live.
2 · VerificationProfessional approval
A separate check of your identity, business and regulatory registrations. It decides your badge — not your payment. You may qualify for one category and not another.
Approval categories
Property Publisher
Identity plus ownership/authority (private owner), or identity, business and applicable RERA registration (agent/developer).
Financial Professional
SEBI / AMFI registration and regulatory permission to promote the products posted.
Insurance Professional
IRDAI licence and advertiser identification for the insurance products posted.
Ready when you are
Billing is not enabled during launch, so Ikko Pro is not yet chargeable. Property browsing is open now; publishing and professional posting open as verification and billing come online, after legal review in each country served.
A note on RERA: where a project or agent is registered with a state RERA (for example Punjab RERA), IkkoPind can check that registration and show a precise badge such as “Punjab RERA agent registration checked” with a date. That badge does not mean IkkoPind verified ownership or legal title.
